Hypha v3.0 is our opportunity to materialise the relationships we've built in our unique Hypha Network, consolidate and document our knowledge acquired over the last 5 years and deliver technology (Mobile and Web DAO) that perfectly align with Hypha's unique identity, value proposition and experience to foster large-scale system change. I?m therefore with this proposal stepping up in this new role to enable collective focus on enabling the successful realisation of the Hypha v3.0 project and sub-projects. Using my 20+ experience of driving complex programme structures, this proposal is me (if you support it) to take a coordinating role in making Hypha V3.0 achievable and a major success for Hypha. The strategy of creating a budget/collaborative sale pool for Hypha V3.0 has been approved by the various councils and sense-making discussions. In that context, my new role will be focusing on enabling and coordinating Hypha V3.0?s resources, talents and summer season activities: * Finalise the story of Hypha v3.0 and call-to-action: https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/183x97lFzMmRn\_44D4bMwNThkwtcFaLNbEgXRg8yd9ik/edit#slide=id.p * Facilitate the onboarding of skills and talents required to deliver the project across all 3 domains: Relationships, Knowledge and Technology * Consolidate a resource budget pool for Hypha V3.0: * Create bridges between pool funding projects and Hypha. By approving this proposal, you confirm your support for me to take action and foster out-of-the-box initiatives. As you know, this project is a massive challenge, however, in my view the only way Hypha can create the impact and realise its vision based on 5 years of deep learnings. This all about the collective action. We can only succeed if we are all moving forward together. We now need to execute. This is not an easy challenge, so everyone is invited to deploy their best efforts towards the same objective.
